For some reason CoC likes to stay monogamouos to ONE iOS device. You may have to do a full restore to get your account back, hopefully you backed up on the iCloud.

You'll have to contact customer support. They'll get back to you in a few days once you do.

You need to be careful when playing with multiple accounts and I definitely cannot guarantee they'll be able to help you.
