Can´t play on my ios device

Hi!
Im started a few months ago on a ios device, past 4 moths i link my gamecenter to andorid account for play on android device, past 8 month i want back to play on my ios device but my gamecenter account havent my village ;(!!!
I try to link device but my android device say this account its linked and cant make a new id number :_(
I have a new IOS device and i cant play ;(
I buyed gems and i contact with tech support and doesnt reply me.
Please someone can help me ?

Hi,

Try to backup your iDevice entirely to iTunes or iCloud. Then factory reset your iDevice (Settings > General > Reset > Erase all content and settings). Double check that your backup is good first.

Then, after the reset is done, sign into a new gamecenter account that hasn't previously been linked to Clash AT ALL. Download and open clash of clans and you should have a brand new village with the tutorial. Complete the tutorial, link your device and you should be good.

After that, restore your device to the backup, and log into the new gamecenter account. A popup should appear saying "Do you want to load Chief insertnamehere's level 99 village?" or something like that. Tap confirm. Repeat this step for the old gamecenter account to get your old village too.

the problem its i want back to iOS and COC on android doesnt link to another device, i link iOS to android 1 year ago but the city hall its a level 4 village and the same account on android i have a level 9 city hall.
I try to link the android account to iOS but its says "was linked" and doesnt get me the new link code.
Any ideas ?
Technical support doesnt reply to me :_(
