Town Hall 8 Dark Elixir Farming Base :: Dark Love

Introduction:
Hello, I am Repleh. Some of you may know me from my few posts that I make on here -I mostly just lurk- or from my Town Hall 5, and 6, Base Designs which you can find by clicking by clicking on those URL codes. On the final leg of my journey saving the dark elixir for the royal huntress I realized something: Saving dark elixir is very hard. I found this base while going onto the language of Scandinavians months ago and am now going to share this wonderful base by of Max Donators, Dark Love.

Dark Love:
The kind of love that exists when someone lets their fear guide the way they love someone.
In this case we let fear a town hall 9 stealing all of our elixir. We are guided by that and must change the way we have our base.


Base Design:


Speedbuild:


Explanation: This base is meant to protects your dark elixir on the way to town hall 9. This base emphasizes that and takes it to almost extreme measures. It also separates, though doesn't protects mines, pumps, and storages.

Pros:
- Core full of Teslas, Wizard Towers, and Air Defences for maximum DPS.
- Central CC.
- Semi-Separated storages.
- Semi-Protected Mines. (In case of slight inactivity.)
- Highly protected DE.
Cons:
- Storages are on the outside compartment.
- Not great funneling
- Not totally symmetrical.
- Biggish compartments.

Creative Commons License:
Since I have had one of my bases stolen before without any credit I have decided to add a creative commons license to this base.

Closing:
Unfortunately we have ran out of meaningful things to say about this base. Any feedback, comments, or concerns are welcomed. I would also like to say thanks to my clan 'BringersOfRain2' many players have helped me with anything, and everything. Now, all that's left is what everyone wants to see... Logs! That will be in the next post, as well as replays if possible. I'd also like to thank everyone, and anyone who gives feedback thanks!

Woah! Nice base! So that's what you were doing during FS Farm :eek:

Uh, I don't think it works that way...

Anyway, onto the base:

Pros:

1) Three layers of walls to get to core
2) Core consists of WT, Teslas, AD
3) Anti-BARCH/BAM (looks like it anyway...)
4) Anti-hog transformable! Wow! Didn't see that did you
5) Core is a killzone for all Tier 1 troops.

Cons + Fixes:

1) Your defense logs show that you're leaking a lot of DE from TH9 attackers- the main problem is the AQ range. I don't know any fixes but just a heads up.
2) Dat X-Mas tree

Hmm... Surprising that's all...

Anyway great base Repleh, and this base I think will take on the other two greats (Dark Desires and Dark Defendum). Thumbs up.

Might have to use it..by the way I saw a comment of yours on one of Galadons videos talking about the best TH7 farming bases and I noticed you hadn't mentioned mine so I decided to inform you of its existence just wanted to say that cause I thought it was ironic ive never seen you before today and now I've seen you twice
