Can't be raided while active in war

Too many times I'm upgrading my army, my CC is ready for WAR and my shield expires and someone attacks me which uses up my CC and I have to reload. What are the thoughts on having a permanent shield while active in war? Also you might be saving to build up your army and someone raids you and screws up your plans bc now you're elixer and dark are drastically lowered. Now this might affect your battle.

dont see it happening, to many clans would just stay at war to keep shielded from attacks.

What about adding another CC like our defense war CC? Have 2 war CCs. Defense and attack CC. And any of us can fill your attack CC on the war map without you having to request it normally? Matter of fact, I love this idea then I could fill all my clan mates CCs with the best troops and not have to miss it when Im away or they request when nobody is on.

shielding means u also can't attack others.
n regarding losing resource in attack its irrelevent as amount lost is proportional to resorce you have i.e if you have 2million elixir u may at d most loose 400k or smwhat like that,
point is it's not like your resource is completely depleted what you have is more than enuf to make troops
even if u do get looted u can easily make up resource by barching

It's 3 minutes. I can actively War and raid with no trouble. I don't argue that it would be NICE, but it is not at all needed.

OR

The shield is only active for the 24hr period of attacking in War. If you attack outside of it, you lose the shield.

Also like an idea of a 2nd CC meant directly for donating to whenever you want so clan members and take and donate as they wish without waiting for a request. Maybe a 100 space max?

Plan ahead:

1) Get CC troops in, knowing you shield will keep them save until you hit.
2) If not possible only ask for CC troops if no shield, knowing you are on until you hit. So keeping you troops safe as well.
