Hey Josh, the picture states 2 remaining attack which means no attack has been used yet so that's why no WAR win bonus....hope I get it right or am I wrong sorry..

No look at his first photos. It said that the war win bonus for attacking a specific TH8 was 0. But it was a glitch.
