Cant load back a village on ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

Hi,

My son's android tab crashed a week ago. After some search on the web, I decided to install ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ on my PC to enable him to continue playing with CofC.
The problem is that however he is using the same g+ account on Bluestack, when launching CofC, and just after connecting to its G+ account, we were hoping to be asked to reload his existing village, but nothing !
After trying to disconnect/reconnect several times, it does not try to relaod.

The problem now is that the "Declare Bug and problem" function does not give any result in the BlueStack session....

This is why we finally decided to post here, and hope you'll be able to help !

dont expect any help here coz that software that you are using is a violation of TOS and can get you banned just talking about it, not to mention the use of it. to be honest. he is only th 6. if you are going to wait for customer service to get back to you.(in a month to get you village back) you would be higher then th6. (Thats if they will help you since that thing you are using is not supported)

Thank you for supplying the clan name as well as his IGN.
Because use of that software violates Supercell's TOS, Supercell can (and likely will) ban the account.

Bluestack is forbidden, LOGICOM tablets do not comply with Google play..... Android is another real nice world !
