4 builders minimum, 250,000,000 gold grab, and max camps for your th level. King and queen minimum of 10 each.
Minimum for TH9 lvl 7 walls complete, golem 3 an experienced attack besides just hogs. Defenses lvl 6 WT, ability to 3 star similar level th9's.
Minimum for TH10 xbows 3+, ability to at minimum 2 star similar th10s. Troops appropriate for gowiwi and gowipe.
