Create lab assistants to reduce lab time

Some lab items take days to create.. Why not create lab assistants?

Like builders, there could be lab assistants or technicians..

When something goes into the lab, the duration can be reduced if more lab assistants are added. (Hire them for the job, like temp techs)

they could be added temporarily, for a single lab item being created, using gold for payment of services to reduce time.. Or they could be purchased with gems like a builder permanently.. I like the temp approach

The feature could be added as a button on the lab menu. "Add Assistant", (give the option to add more than 1 assistant)

Example
original duration 7 days
add assistant, duration 3.5 days
add assistant, add assistant, duration 7/3 days (round up to the minute)

Cost for assistant can be 100 gold/hr x remaining duration (elixer object)
Cost can be 150 gold/hr x remaining duration (dark elixer object)

Example:
7 days duration (elixer object, upgrade)
add assistant for cost=7days x 24 hrs x 100 gold/hr, new duration is 7days /2= 3.5 days
add assistant (second) for cost= 7days/2 x 24 hrs x 100 gold/hr, new duration is 7days/3

It will require reduction of costs as well.

For. eg; Archer L6 costs 6 million (now), it takes 10 days times; which is just about sufficient to gather enough resource for another upgrade OR you will have to play during office hours

Although, I have been very frustrated with waiting for my L6 barbs to finish so I can start L6 archers, I would say I am fairly satisfied with it.

I do like the idea in principle, for players that are almost out of building/wall upgrades but lot pending on lab. But is too cheap. I mean 100/hour for a week is 16800 gold...
I suggest the lab assistant should be only one and you should buy it with gems (1000 gems). I mean you can buy extra constructors with gems to improve buildings.. so same for research.
Cost should be expensive. You can choose to use the assistant to reduce the time pending on 50%, by paying 80% of the cost times the percentage of time pending. I.e.

Upgrade cost is 40.000 dark elixir
Duration is 10 days.

When 6 days are pending. You can choose to use the assistant. To reduce the time to 3 days. By paying 40.000 x 80%(of cost) x 60% (pending time) = 19200 dark elixir.. if hired at the same time resear h starts it will be additional 32000 DE.

I know is sounds expensive... but i think it should be to limit the use.
