    Add available builders to 1 project option

    I would like to fully use my resources to build my resources and defenses. In real life, if I have 5 laborers I can assign them to 5 projects or all to 1 project, thereby reducing the construction time.

    I have 5 builders and often I have 1 or 2 standing around. Also, I would like to have the ability to load up my builders on one project, to cut down the time.. Say, to complete a critical item before Clan War begins.

    This is easy.

    When you commit to building the object, place a button on its info menu to add another builder. If there is one available the option will be black, if there isn't one available, then it's grayed out.

    The resource remaining time will be divided by the number of builders assigned.. As an example:

    2 days original duration with 1 builder
    1 day duration with 2 builders
    48/3 hours (round up) with 3 builders
    12 hours duration using 4 builders

    just like builders are committed until completion with one builder, these additional builders are also committed. There is no, I changed my mind I want to load up on this other item.. Rules apply for cancelation of the project with the same penalty, 1/2 the cost. Upon completion or cancelation, you get all of your committed builders back.

    Simple, and practical..

    While I agree with you, this idea has already been ruled out.

    This has not been ruled out. The boost was ruled out. This is using standby builders, completely different concept.

    I think you need to read what has been ruled out again.. Use the link above, and look in the builders section.

    *Donating (or trading) resources or gems to (with) other players
    *An exchange building to convert between elixir, gold, dark elixir, or gems
    *Assign multiple builders to one build/upgrade

    i think its OP if each builder increases the speed by 1x
    what i would like to see is perhaps each additional builder will increase the speed by 0.25x, so if players want to be efficient they should use each builder on each building rather than pile all builders in 1.

    The crowded kitchen idea could also be an argument for why 5 laborers on 1 project won't make things go faster. The chefs/laborers get in each others' way and slows down the project overall

    Also this would definitely decrease the urge for people to gem completion times and cause SC to lose revenue which is likely the reason that it's ruled out
