I would attack with GoWiWiPe (the top half is super open so the gowiwi part will destroy it fast). I'd go with 2 rage, 1 heal and 1 jump to help finish up the 2nd half. i would attack top left to bottom right. Wall breakers should be able to break through the first and 2nd layers of walls so the jump spell will help with the rest. also save the 2nd rage to help your troops battle through walls as well.

Sorry if im a bit late, but i would attack gohowiwi. Small gowiwi from top with a rage spell, 24 hogs from bottom after the heroes and cc troops are dead. 3 heal spells on the hogs as they hit giant bombs. This should get 3 stars.

I love using HoGoWiWi GoHoWiWi whatever it's called . The only problem with this base is there are so many gaps it's hard to predict where the gbombs are. GoWiWi is usually less affected by gbomb positioning unless your wizards bunch up and cross over a gbomb in the core... but you can sprinkle your wizards to help prevent this from happening.
