Let's win stars and gold bars for the RedWhiteAndLoot together!
We're a small group of old clan mates that are looking to recruit some new blood into a new active, no drama farming clan of mostly TH7 and TH8 Clashers. Most of us live in the Southern United States in the Central and Eastern time zones. We have a wide range of ages from teens to late 30s. Some are family, some are friends, others are people we've met in previous clans, but we're all committed to keeping it light and fun but wanting to amp up our activity a notch.
NOTE: One of the biggest things we're looking for is a commitment to continual improvement, so keeping your builders and lab busy is a must.
Base Requirements:
Town Hall 7+ (no preemie bases, please)
Walls: Level 6+ (pink)
Clan Castle: Level 3+ (20 seat, able to hold a dragon, our preferred clan war castle troop)
Army Requirements:
Tier 1 Troops: Level 4+
Tier 2 and 3 Troops (and Dark Troops): Upgrade the ones you use
Unlocked dragons
Donations:
Give what you Receive (don't always ask for dragons and only give barbarians)
Give as much as you Receive (try to keep between a 1:2 and 2:1 ratio)
Default troop donations are Archers (given if a request stays idle for 30 minutes)
Clan Wars:
Scheduled wars started every Friday around noon Central
Looking for 3+ stars per war
Every attack should be used
Play to win attitude more than play to loot
Co-leadership and Elders:
We're trying to keep co-leaders to a minimum of 2 and maximum of 1 per every 10 members.
Elders are earned over time by showing leadership in donations, clan wars, and helping to develop your fellow clan mates.

We're up over the initial hump of getting 10 members, so we're eligible for clan wars! I'll be blogging on the website as the stars roll in on Battle Day Saturday.

FIRST CLAN WAR BATTLE DAY STARTS TOMORROW MORNING!!!
We decided to take the clan out for her maiden voyage tomorrow in a 10v10 clan war against Jap Hunters. We'll be blogging the battle throughout the day on Tuesday at http://redwhiteandloot.weebly.com, so come take a look and see how we're doing.

We won our first 10v10 clan war against the Jap Hunters 22-19. We're looking to extend our streak to 2-0 this Friday. We won our weekly scheduled clan war against YANNONS this weekend 24-15! I'm very proud of the effort that our clan put in as a TEAM. We only had 4 unused attacks out of 20, and 15 out of 16 attacks were victories. Nine out ten earned at least one star, and seven earned at least three. We worked together to earn stars for the clan over chasing loot, and we were able to 3 star the bottom half of the opposing clan. All but one of the top half were two starred, and the last one was 1 starred. I call that teamwork to win!

We won our last 10v10 clan war versus Le Clan Ultime 26-10. Just like last time, the wealth was spread all around with:
- 15 out of 20 attacks used (all attacks were won)
- 7 out of 15 attacks were 3 star victories
- 3 out of 9 enemy attacks were successful defenses for 0 stars
Everyone is fat and happy on all of the loot brought in from the war, and I'm very proud of the progress that our small clan has done during these first three wars. We're up to 15 for this week's war, but we'd love to have more folks join!
