My village was connected to my Facebook. I went through support and sent them the information about my old village in an attempt to get it back, but they haven't replied yet. Not even a confirmation that they got it or anything. I filled out the email form that the app opened by going to the help and support page. I didn't get a reply to that email or a ticket number or anything.
Will I get my village back? Will they ever respond? Did I do something wrong? On the help and support online it says to include information about both of the villages but there was no spot on the email for that. Has anyone had this problem before?
