Yes, upgrade mortar and WT first because splash damage is crucial. Also, you will get attacked by a lot of Giant healers in TH^, so upgrade that air defense and centralize it. might wanna upgrade your laboratory, cannons, and archer towers. also, your barracks are really low leveled. Yes, you rushed.

Yes, you did rush. At this low level town hall, I would recommend maxing out all walls before proceeding to the next town hall.
