I think it is well thought out and well balanced. The health is fine because it well get hammared by defenses and need some type of support. Great idea overall i would definetly use it. Could u check out my troop idea i posted on july 28 i no it was a long time ago but it is a good idea i would appreciate feedback as do u, thanks this is a great idea btw.

I think u shld lower the hitpoints, and you should reduce the rate of firing or DPS to the half of it, and i would better think of increasing the cost..but all round...its a great idea.
would love to see it in the game(also make a little sketch or so, which will help us a bit more to properly visualise the troop)
I will try to make those adjustments as soon as my internet stops acting up. I would love to post a pic, but I don't know how. I think this idea is really good; the gremlin when used with archers would be an awesome combo since mortars are like archers worst enemy.
It's an interesting concept; and if you'd like help with concept art for it I wouldn't mind putting something together for you.
I'm kinda picturing a dark skinned goblin with horns but idk if that's what you'd be aiming for
