Change clan requirments to join

Instead of trophy limits make it so we can set town hall lvl, troop lvl and xp. Trophy level doesn't really matter for recruiting players. If we could set those it would make recruiting players better and let's face it, the less time in global the better.

Sorry this is ruled out.
Personally I would like it too.
My clan is almost always on zero trophies/invite only. Then we can screen for decent bases and level.
