i like the idea but your theory is not based on any real information.
What in fact if Supercell's formula for finding bases not only deprioritised bases but prevented us from ever seeing them?
i mean, the idea at the moment is that the queue of bases you see if active players first and inactives last but what if inactives arent in the queue at all??

The official word is that inactive are deprioritised, not removed. Sadly though, there are probably million active bases between us and them, so we'll never see them. However in theory, if everyone put their TH outside and got sniped ...
I'm surprised that everyone doesn't have their TH outside anyways. Your base is going to get smashed regardless, so you might as well just take the 1 star loss with no loss of resources.
I dont know if the theory works or not... but in general the inactive bases are not removed...
2 points confirm this - First many players are able to find them.. all the ppl who say loot is good are seeing these bases.. I myself had an awesome day on tuesday(only one day) where i found tons of collectors around 1900-2000 range... i boosted for an extra 2hrs as i was finding so many...
Secondly SC also confirmed that they dont remove the inactive bases but they are just placed behind in the queue...
So in theory what he said works... but its not practical in my opinion

why dont you give something constructive to the community and not tell people to stop talking.

It will work and prove that the community dont want a decent game they just want to be raiding inactives the whole day long and not challenge themselves in the slightest.
Very much not a practical approach and was my first reaction.
Such a pity this game bread a bunch of terrified ferrets hiding behind shields that cry to abuse the defenceless quitters.
Why do you guys bother upgrading then if you wanna play in the sandbox all day?
The idea linked above is so much more complicated than it needs to be.
Also, not everybody wants handouts in the form of more collector bases.
League bonus is the simplest method of improving the loot situation, and adding a (simple) multiplier to it would further incentivize using stronger armies to defeat a base. Plus, this small change is something that -- from SC's perspective -- is also simple to accomplish. As a business operator, you don't want to bulldoze your building if all you need to do is a bit of renovation.
