I have been the leader in clan for a long while. Loot has been an issue for me since the update late last year. It has been agonisingly bad since the elix for walls update. There have been no good days and bad, it has been all bad.
Long story short, i left my clan and spent a few days clanless. The loot was great! I'm talking 200k raids every time i searched. And only a few skips! Now i know what all the th10s here are talking about when they say they have no problem with loot.
Then i went back to my clan and had leader handed back. Guess what! Straight away, crappy sub 50k offers across the board. The guy who took leader when i was away, said he had crappy loot the whole time. He hands it back, and gets a 300k raid 5 skips in.
Coincidence? Anyone else tried this?
As big an issue as the loot is, the bigger one for me is that there is no level playing field across the board for players. Whatever the criteria is, some get good loot, some get bad. Even if what i described above is a coincidence (it was so blatant i dont think it is coincidental, though i can find no rational explanation for why that should be so), the reality is some players have great loot consistently, the rest of us do not. Unfair advantages are not conducive to a good gaming experience or reputation.
