This is ridiculous. I nexted 123 TIMES without finding a base worth attacked. Time to find a new game for a while I guess. Good luck strong arming players into buying gems SuperCell.

And what is it with these idiots in G1/C3 who are building armies costing 200K and 3000DE for raids?

Are you people so stupid that you cannot do the math and understand that you're losing resources every time you attack???

If you are so desperate for silly cups, then just snipe.

    I don't get...

Loot would constantly be injected into the economy. Storage's would again be full. Collectors would again be full. Complaints would stop.
This doesn't solve anything except do exactly what SC wants to avoid. They don't want people feasting off the collectors for inactive bases as their only means of farming. They want to turn the direction of this game towards farming active bases, bases that regularly collect from their mines and pumps and do resource dumps before logging off so long as they're not saving up for something extravagant. Simply increasing the production of the collectors by 25% would mean for like a week per inactive base (SC actually probably removes them quicker than that now), you'd be able to hit somebody's base with BArch for a nasty 270k/270k until it got removed from the queue. Now you have the same problem as before: you can't live off the collectors for mid-TH9 upgrades and higher, and it does nothing to solve the problem of finding only active bases that are responsibly dumping their loot so they have little to lose.

They don't need to simply "inject" more loot into the system, they need to get all the loot that is out there to be more available so that increased activity among all the players leads to opportunities to profit, and not just Nexting forever through 50k/50k bases, hoping to find that rare collector base. Figure out a system that discourages TH sniping, which leads to very cheap shields that hide millions of loot for players for 12 hours at a time (I do this all the time, and I would gladly welcome a change that would deter me from doing this), and a way to have some of the resource dump from Nexting factor into bases so that the more often they are skipped, the gradually more desirable they become, despite the less than 50k they may have in each storage.

We have people beating down our door to join a successful nonstop war clan now.

Looting is dead. Long live War!!!!
Even with the terrible loot that's been out there, I can make more than 600k each in two days.

War is fun, and if it is your means of gaining loot, I applaud you.

Still, war is not profitable now that elixir is just as valuable as gold. For leaders and top clan members, each war represents 1 million elixir in overhead if you use elixir troops. The cost for DE troops is less, but even harder to come by or recoup.

If looting is dead, this game is dead. Perpetual war is no way to max a base, though I'm sure it is a lot more fun than nexting 350 times, like I did last night.

    How about the bots?

Heard from a friend that this ♥♥♥♥♥ can search abandoned bases/collector bases and they will systematically barch it... Also heard that the purpose is to sell this account to others... I think SC has to do something with it

The bump of war bonus was quite significant this update.

In the war just ended, I did an oppo hit and a lower mid map mop up hit and took in 700/700/2400 in bonuses not counting loot. That's a significant return on my war troop expenditure, even counting in the offense and defense CC troops.

War clans that win wars consistently and can position themselves for bonus hitting by mid war are doing quite well. Can't imagine slogging through wars with a bad clan. Oofah.

War is infinitely more enjoyable than nexting.

    Clash on!

I have also been searching for an hour for a suitable base to raid. Dropped from 2100+ to 1700 but found none that could cover the cost. Using all Archers (TH9).

I think the game is becoming more and more unplayable. It is no longer a game where you find loot and build your village. It is just about wasting life pressing next. I think it also make it pointless to pay for gems or to boost because the game is just all about pressing next.

Why do you bring up inactive bases? They're not being attacked as they are far back in queue anyways. I certainly wasn't attacking inactive bases during the 1 gem collector boosts. I was raiding collectors and storage's of active players and having a great time doing it. The simplest solution to this issue is increase collector production to bring balance to the economy. 20-25% wouldn't flood the economy either. It would make it far more profitable for all players and make the Next fests far less painful.

The problem with your suggestion is that there is NO LOOT to find. That's why we all have Next fests. Storage's are empty. Collectors are empty. There's nothing to attack and don't give me that "they're all behind shields" ♥♥♥♥ because they aren't otherwise we'd be looking at clouds all day instead of bases with no loot. The problem is loot is leaving the economy faster then it is being created. Between Nexting and people simply dumping their loot into upgrades (Had no problem getting Elixir before you could use it on walls and now it's as scarce as gold was) the economy is fading faster and faster.
    TH10...slowly maxing out.
