    This helps, but...

    The increased league bonus is nice. It definitely helps a lot. I play in M2-3, and with this update, I'm tempted to play even higher.

    BUT, it does not fix the overall loot problem. I still find wayyyyy too many bases with basically no loot. So the lix for walls is still a major problem to the economy. I'm still not sure that I'll be able to EVER build strong attacks, as there is still way too little elixir out there.

    15% of up to 2 mill, SC....
    Been playing since Jan 2013. lvl 138, TH10.
    lobbying for -15% of up to 2 million from storages- since December 2013 forced us into the 10% of up to 4 million loot system which does not work.

    To be fair, i think it's still too early to say that. The 'fix' is just a few hours old. Maybe it would be different in a week or so?

    Add loot to the TH!

    Move 20% of storage loot to the townhalls!

    Im th10, near maxed, with my town hall outside. In last month I've not had a single storage raid despite having over 2million in storages nearly the entire time! Even in champs league 39 of 42 attacks on me were th snipes for an average loss of only 3 trophies!

    You want to know where the loot is? It is under a cheap shield. This is why there statistics show little loot change in the system. The more useful stat is the amount of loot in bases NOT under a cheap shield.

    Every single th10 in my clan has their th outside.

    People with loot put their th outside because it works! Im not saying end the snipe. At least make it hurt a little! Adding loot to the townhalls will bring most townhalls inside the walls.

    Combine this with some kind of defensive incentive. Then add a confirmation screen while attacking or other better method to kill the bots and BAM the loot is back.

    I see what you mean, I think this is a cautionary step to see if it takes the economy in the right direction which I think it will, you never know they might increase the league bonuses again sooner rather than later, the league bonus is the right way to go imo.

    Oh yes.. make elixir for walls only usable for Lego or lava walls OR make only excess elixir usable for walls. The latter is a fairer solution.

    The update is only a few hours old... so the league bonus increase hasn't had time to have an effect on the overall economy. It will likely take many days or even a week+ for things to settle.

    Everybody needs to understand that 1 league bonus isn't like the 2nd coming of JC... it isn't your salvation... but, multiply the increase in league bonus times hundreds of thousands of attacks per day (maybe millions?), then multiply that out over days and weeks. Over time, this will have a profound effect.

    Do the math people: increase league bonus * hundreds of thousands of attacks per day (maybe millions?)

    This will add a lot of loot to the economy!

    Elixir for walls

    My opinion of elixir for walls is that it's the right thing for upgrades on a base, people with high level walls upgraded before the update had rediculous gg which shows the disparity between the two resources spent on base upgrades.

    the elixir for walls update didn't change loot much imo, the bunnies have done that, when I have seen poor loot, I haven't seen lots with more gold than elixer the two resources have both been low.

    its harsh on people who grabbed so much gold before but all updates are aimed at making things more equal including resource use, I don't mind having spent more resources on upgrades when a higher level comes out because I know lower level players will get cheaper costs.

    in some ways it's kind of backwards progress because they are righting wrongs they didn't foresee when they first set things up but better late than never, who is bothered if it helps out newer players it's a good thing really.

    Th9 loot

    Hello, Im AdamDaKing from the clan bakerville. I just quickly wanted to say that there is absolutely no problem with loot, and never has been. All of my friends and I float around 1600-1700 and find raids quite easily, so for people saying that there is no loot, you are either not being patient or are in the wrong trophy range. I can say that in the morning (CST) there is not as much loot as there is later in the day, but it is still quite easily manageable. My gold grab is over 300million and I haven't been playing the game for a very long time. So if your a TH9 and you really are having trouble with loot, #1 go to gold 2, #2 Use barch and go for easy storages or collectors, and #3 be patient. I've been getting plenty of good raids with lvl5 barch at th9, so if I can, you easily can as well. Thanks!

    Totally agree. From the beginning the game stresses how 'important' it is to protect your TH, when in really there is NO reason to protect it. Not one. Zip Zilch Zippo

    Only two scenarios will have someone protect their TH in the current system:
    1) If they are 'trophy pushing'. Most aren't interested in this, including myself. Nothing wrong with it, just not my thing.
    2) For war. But we can save separate bases for that.

    IMO, holding significant amounts of loot in the TH.... OR not being able to save a separate war base are decent solutions... pretty sure SC didn't mean for the game to be played how it currently is by most.
