I don't see the point of people arguing amongst eachother. Whether you presently consider loot to be good or bad, an increase in loot would benefit everyone, rendering your good loot into excellent loot and bad into good. So why vehemently defend a status-quo? Am I missing something?

This is why some people refer to the few that adamantly oppose any improvements to the economy as "trolls."

Why else would they care so much about arguing against all the people that are reporting that they are finding a lot less loot than in the past?

These people are arguing against people that are saying changes need to be made, even though SuperSteve has already stated that "we agree that changes need to be made" and that they are "discussing all potential options to create a better balance in the economy."

I think I must add that my son is one of those who whines about bad loot, even on these forums, but in his case it's because he is just bad at raiding hence why I've thrown that out there few times.

At first I thought ppl were talking about bad loot in making no profit, many have posted the don't make a profit or lose so was my original argument.

Now I see a few kind of implying that loot is bad because every raid is not a big haul so like I mentioned before, all this loot issue might be just perceived.

Wanting such big raids all the time would be wasteful and too easy imo, everyone would have 8m/8m in storages every few days.

I hope it's not about me cause it would be the third or forth time you assume something that has never been said.

Have i defended the status quo or opposed change? I in fact have said there needs to be a change in the way we engage in raids.

I've also said loot can't bad to the point of no profit if i can keep builders busy. Thats not saying loot is good nor opposing change

Can't speak for all, but I care about the quality of arguments. I think many people on both sides are being disingenuous and exaggerate their claims. I'd truly like to see the game experience improve, but those ♥♥♥♥ arguments hurt our ability to communicate our issues to SC.

Even if you went full ♥♥♥♥♥♥ with troops you may see 2/3rds of that loot.
Farmers do not use the troops to get into bases like the ones you posted.

I'm aware of people who believe that barching is the most efficient farming strategy. This is true, but only for those who are willing to spend enormous amount of time playing COC. Let's do some math. 1 million gold an hour is regarded as very decent result for barching farmer, right? Now, with those loons I get a third of this, 350K an hour. But this way I play 16 hours a day with only minimal interference with my RL. To match this daily income a barcher have to raid for full 5.5 hours, so it's open to discussion which strategy is more efficient.

Each person is giving their own account of their personal experience.

Is it only people saying "loot is bad" that are exaggerating? Is it possible that a lot of people that brag about how much loot they are finding could be exaggerating as well?

Man... this game is starting to ♥♥♥♥ me off. I'm TH10 and trying to save for max level defense upgrades. But I get attacked and lose 300k+ of gold every hour. How am I supposed to save if I lose 300k of gold every hour?

If loot doesn't improve, I'm quitting.

I don't know what to say about loot. I stay above 3200 trophies to raid people that have very little to spend loot on, always find well above the resources my clan mates find. So loot may need to be improved. I average 200k-300k gold per raid, but sometimes spend 200k gold searching. The bottom line for me is I need 5 levels on my BK for max and 1 archer tower to max (2 under construction) plus the unthinkable walls.. I raid for 5-6 days of 2-3hrs per day in order to upgrade 1 - 7.5mil upgrade, this accounts for losses on defense as well as re-arming traps. To me, the wait just isn't worth it. What people need to be addressing rather than loot is how this "strategy game" requires little to no strategy. I hit 4087 cups using archers with 1-2 go wipe comps mixed in at the start of my session (trained over night). There is no defense, no skill involved. You can 1 star any base easy with mini balls or archers, with the right spells and high enough heroes. And you can 2 star any base with go wipe. I would love to actually lose an attack and have to learn from my mistakes. Please bring defense into the game. As long as people are buying gems, and they are, these things will not get fixed quickly, or maybe not even at all. Just keep spending/playing and complaining...

I for one do not purchase gems any longer as I do not believe Supercell truly cares about the players, not more than what is needed to make profit..

If it was 300k gold, gold 277 8 nexts, :30 in. 300k combined? 400k combined 12 nexts, :50 in.

I'm not going to question the authenticity of this video, because i have no reason to doubt you. Props to you for the loot. But the rest of us, not just those on this site but others, and a majority as far as anyone can tell, say the loot sucks. I haven't found loot that high in that short of time in weeks! Maybe its Crystal. I will check. I am curious why you're so actively and avidly defending your perspective though. If its so good wouldn't it be more fun to be getting it rather then posting in this thread dozens of times, which, it is kinda trolling dude.
