I have a feeling some troll rated this a 1-star without even reading it. If you disagree or don't like it thats fine. at least tell me why. Just rating it 1 and saying nothing shows your lack of comprehension or your automatic bias against any thread with the word loot in it. Sorry to break it to you folks: loot and nexting is an issue that is lowering the longevity of this game as more people are dissatisfied with it. If you cared about this game, you'd be interested in finding a solution as well instead of parroting things such as "why complain u just clog the forums and sc isnt gonna do anything about it." if thats the attitude you have then let the game die.
Do you think it might work if the th lvl penalty were kept? People would go where its quickest, but would you really be farming in bronze for 20-50k minus loot penalty when higher leagues will offer 200k+? there will always be the rushed th in high leagues for the better bonus that wont require full army/spells.
My ideas for fixing the loot system are for me, completely original, so let me know who's idea I took and when I say this so I can apologize. But I hope you take the time to read this and tell me what you think!
1: Triple the league bonus.
With this implemented, all the higher level players would finally have a reason to get out of gold silver levels, where they are currently complaining about the poor loot down there. Also, this makes those really expensive upgrades seem not so bad for a non-gemmer like me. Supercell can now add even more expensive upgrades and people would not give as much hate because there is now more loot in general. This also paves the road for town hall 11...
2: Get rid of the loot penalty and add the loot bonus back in.
With this idea, higher town halls wouldn't get as frustrated when raiding, and also encourages them to upgrade their defenses and not rush. Lower leveled players would now be rewarded for attempting to raid tougher players.
3: More levels for the collectors and mines.
Not only am I expecting town hall 9 and 10 themed resources, but what used to be a vital part of building bases now seems like they are only useful when inactive. I remembered that when I first got CoC, I upgraded my mines and pumps first. They used to give me a free wall upgrade overnight, which was really sweet, but now they barely do anything.
4: Increase the clan war bonus by at least 200%.
I, personally, spend more than what I get back from the clan war effort, due to spells, troops, and troops to donate. It is even more devastating when I lose because I only get back meager portions of what I was originally earning. I know that loot shouldn't be the most important part of a clan war, and that I should just be concerned about the W, but I don't think that little stats and numbers on my profile compare to effort and loot that could be spent into upgrading stuff.
5: Daily Log-in Bonus.
I don't know many people that don't get on everyday, so this would just basically be free loot, which is why I think that Supercell hasn't implemented this idea yet. If they do, the reward would have to be very small or else it would be game-breaking. With this feature added, however, I think that this could pave way for achievements and interesting stats.
Let me know what you guys think, and it would be cool if Supercell voiced their opinions too, but I imagine that they are busy.

Supercell should add my profile picture as the Wallbreaker hero
Apparently not. Because Supercell thinks the bots don't have much impact. Therefore they must not. If there was any evidence to suggest they had little affect, why not share it?
There are so many great games knocking on the door. It wont be long until one 'get it fully right' and there will be a irreversible exodus. Supercell cannot afford to keep procrastinating. Regardless of what they say, that's exactly what they are doing.

Really loot isn't hard to find and if this is a dry time I guess I just figured it out. DE on the otherhand I still need to learn because it is a monster to get. I will conquer it though. I know I could lightning strike it but I just don't want to play that way. It's boring even for revenge to cook lightning when I could use rage or healing as I stalk people for a complete take down.

Yep. Actions speak louder than words. Their few comments in this thread are meaningless without action to follow it up. They aren't actually doing anything. Just talking. They could actually fix this problem today with boosts. But no. All the payers and players get is aloofness.
If they had a way to detect them, they would automatically ban them. So if they're only relying on reports from players to ban them, that suggests that they're not tracking and gathering data on them, so what makes them think they don't have much impact if they don't have the numbers to make that statement?
