I boosted my barrack last night, got a million in the first hr, then the nexts starts, spent 400k nexting... gave up and slept.

As for loot, i can still get around 6 million to 8 million a day. It is elixir that is hard to get. I usually use Russian and Netherlands lol other languages wont work for me
Lots of my th9 clan mates are finding tons of loots. Only th10 in my clan are struggling.
I quite new here. 2 months into being into a Th9. I haven'y not noticed any change into the loot position before and after update. I am happy what I get it at the moment.
I have a question. So I can try and get my head around this. Before update no one was bothered with elixir, because most TH 8 plus if at end would be maxed with it. People were farming for Gold for walls.
I earn at the moment with 1 barrack boosted 600-700 k gold profit and 400-500 k elixir profit. I am happy with that because I never had more loot per hour than that.
My questions are. What do you hard core farmers consider to a good hourly return profit when:
1) no barracks boosted
2) barracks boosted
3) all barracks boosted
4) all barracks, hero's and lab.
Just use gold hourly rate. Have an average in the month before the update and now a figure after the update to compare it do.
98-99 % say it got a lot worse. If i can see figures and then can relate to this.
sad I am now 30% through getting my walls from Lv 8 to Lv 10. If the loot has reduced loads could be in a lot better position.

Pushed up to 3150 cups and was surprised it was hard to find really good elixir. Before the update I had no issue finding elixir in crystal or master. I feel the update was a way of making people spend more gems to boost collectors. You need to build smaller armies like barch to make decent loot but maybe not as many cups. I think a simple fix might be just make it so you can't spend elixir walls so we can battle more. Guess time will tell.

You need luck now to find acceptable loot (i didn't even say good loot).
It's like winning the lottery.
Previously elixir was fairly easy to come by - now I find it isn't.
I find it is possible to gain loot however I attack - I can cook a full GOWIPE army and get more loot or barch in crystal and get less.
BUT the loots seem to have gotten lower and lower. At TH10 it was never as good as with lower th s. But now I am finding it so tedious to raid for so little profit that I only raid when I am bored.
It's easy for a TH9 to attack a medium/high TH8 and get virtually all resources with little more than barch.
I would a) remove the walls for elixir possibility. b) add an extra level for collectors for th9s. c) add an extra level level for collectors for th10s
and see what results that has.
And 2ndly I would increase the league bonus at all levels. By 50%. That's the best way to reward active players.
At any th level you really should be able to make 1 million per hour unboosted. Boosting to simply farm is ridiculous in my opinion. The amount of gold needed to max walls at th9 and 10 means that 1 mil per hour isn't all that unreasonable.
The game they gave us last year a good th8 farmer was able to average 1.5-2 million per hour farming with BAM. SuperCell didn't like that because it was hurting their gem sales so they switched to this new system where all the suckers have to boost to be able to make any progress.
Please don't be fooled people, every single thing they do is to increase gem sales or try to prolong the life of the game. That's it, there is no consideration given for the players unless it happens to fall under those 2 categories.
1. The coc economic will eventually fail which means the available resources for loot will become less and less.
2. As the resources are becoming less, but more people either use easy shield or use robot, therefore the available resource become even less.
3. Can supercell solve it? yes, there are many ways. But probably most of these methods will impact the revenue of supercell in shot time. The managers of supercell need a good financial book to get promotion or bonus so they don't care if this game will die eventually --- they will go for another company by the time supercell dead.
4. so the conclusion is : if you are not happy with the loot, don't pay anything and stop playing it --- why play something while you can not get fun from it?
1 mil per hour is completely unreasonable. No one needs that to normally progress through the game, even at TH10. This is why SC doesn't take this thread seriously....
