| War Powers Clan Rules |
Communication:
- Must speak English
- Be respectful of all in chat and keep language PG13
- Must read clan mail and respond when appropriate (see War Rules below)

Donations:
- Donations/Requests ratio is 1:3
- No Minimum donation but should be active for season (donations/activity is one criteria to sit-out members for even
match-up in war, not trophy count, see War Rules below)
- Donate what is requested but Archer is default donation. For war, donate only what is requested at the level requested

Promotion:
- Promotion to Elder is by way of war participation and winning 4+ stars (across both attacks)
- Promotion to Co-Leader is based on need of clan and whether position is available. Currently all co-leaders positions are filled (Recruitment, War-Prep, Coaching, ..)

War Rules:
- When participating in war, both attacks have to be used and war army have to be trained for each, failing to do so will result in demotion for Elders or Kick out of clan for members (Note: This hold true irrespective of the score at the time of attacks)
- If clansman cannot participate in war, he can ask to sit out. In this case he will be kicked prior to start of war search and re-invited to join up the clan right after. (If leaders feel we would have a better match-up number wise with leaving the clansman in, he/she will not be held to War Rules#1)
- New Members (who have not yet participated in war with us) are required to confirm that they can participate by stating "I can War" in clan chat prior to start of war on Friday. Unconfirmed new members are automatically sat out of war (kicked prior to start and re-invited once war search is initiated).
- At start of war, best match-up is determined by clan leaders based on war-eligible members (40-40, 45-45), ... Members may be sat out of war (kicked just prior and re-invited right after war search starts) to ensure best match-up based on activities (donations, league shield) not -trophies count.
- The Clan is closed at the beginning of War (Friday 12:30 PM EST) until Sunday. CfW (Close for War) will be appended to clan description at such time.
- War base must have proper design (TH inside walls, CC centered, no double wall …) and army must be for war (not for farming).
- Clan mail must be read and responded to regarding warbase changes, attack strategy, target selecting strategy…
- War Troops requests must be filled appropriately and war CC donations are coordinated across clan.
- Targets in war must be selected to be highest possible 3 Star within +-10 positions of own on war map. If all targets within range have been 3 starred, member can either attack a target within range that has been previously 3 starred or secure approval from leader/co-leaders to attack outside range.
- Targets are not reserved during war and lower TH’s are expected to attack first. Usually, 2nd attack is used for clean-up
- TH snipping and selecting target for loot and not star is not allowed and is ground for being kicked out of clan.

Recruitment:
- All recruitment is done via the forum at this point. If someone meets the clan requirements and would be a good fit for our clan, that person should be directed to the forum recruitment post and apply to the clan by issuing a request.
- No invitation should be issued directly to possible recruits. We only invite returning members

Sponsored and alternate Accounts:
- Sponsored accounts are accounts that do not meet our clan requirements but are allowed in our clan because they belong to one of our clanmates or to a friend/relative of one of our clanmates (we limit such account to 1).
Alternates accounts are secondary accounts of one our clanmates that meet our clan minimum requirements.
- We will allow up to 4 such accounts in our clan. This gives us some flexibility in war match-up, keep some open spots for our returning members, and help us avoid a 50-50 war. We will kick such accounts when necessary.
- Approval from leader/co-leader is required before these accounts would be accepted in clan.
Sponsored accounts can become full fledge members of clan once the account has progressed to meet our requirements. Until then, they will not be allowed in war.
Alternate accounts are not allowed in war unless they are require to give us even match-up in war - Donations from these accounts with low level troops are expected to be met by the sponsoring member.
