    Clan interaction

    Greetings.

I have a few suggestions to improve clan interactions.

    1. Leaders should have less cool down time to send mail.
    2. Leaders should have the option to mail either members, elders, or co-leaders (or entire clan). Sometimes mail is meant to be private to discuss leadership roles, duties and discussing specific members (cuts).
    3. Stemming from #2 simply have instant messaging so one can mail a specific person.
    4. Online status. This is to see whose online, who is active, who is mute, who isn't donating or ignoring requests when he/she is online.
    5. War Map CC donations. A leader and his staff know what is best for donations. Perhaps a leader can remove War Map CC donations if he/she feels it is not a good strategy. Such as a [inexperienced] member of the clan donates goblins to the War Map CC. The leader could remove these from others War Map CC. This would ultimately improve leadership positions. Creating more of a hierarchy and responsibility.
    6. Clan commitments. It cost 40,000 gold to start a clan. It should cost some resources if a member is going to leave the clan. Many new clans have a hard time starting up cause of hoppers, especially during war.

Many of these suggestions are for newly established clans. The majority of clans are inexperienced and these could improve clan performance. Such as the Leader editing others War Map CC.

    Partially agree

I agree with leaders being able to remove war cc troops from other castles, its a giant pain to try to catch people when they're online to get them to remove those archers, or something else that isn't quite right.

I also agree with shortening the time for messages. I understand the fear in having leaders spam members, but this should be a consideration when deciding if you like a clan enough to stay. Lengthening the messages certainly helped, but I would like to be able to break some things up. Perhaps a limit more like "x number of messages in a y timeframe", like 5 messages in 24 hours. Each message you send has its own timer, and if you have 5 messages with timers out there, you have to wait to send more.

I would also love having an online status for members with a last seen field. It would really help supply justifications to the clan membership for kicking others out.

I don't think you should be penalized for leaving a clan, sometimes things just aren't what you want. Clans should do their best to deal with hoppers in their own way, and members should try to find a group of people that fits their play style.
