There's no loot for TH 9

No offense, but I know how to play to game, I've been playing for a long time and didn't get to TH9 by being unable to farm. Again, you don't seem to understand the problem. It's not the loot penalties we endure, or 5% loot reduction of the past update, even though we don't like both of those things either: we simply cannot find anyone to raid. We search and search, and spend, quite literally, hundreds of thousands of coins, only to see level 6 and 7 town halls with ~30-60 thousand resources inside. It takes me about 55k to train all my troops for one battle, and now, on average, about 75-115k to find a village I can raid. If I even find one with just enough resources to let me break even, then I'm quite lucky. I have done nothing but lose money from raids ever since the update has come out, not because of loot reductions or any other penalty, but because we literally cannot find villages to raid.

Also: 200k to you would be 150k to me, not 180k. 25% penalty.

I'm a TH8 and yes, it does take a while now to find a decent loot. And last night I found an easy nice loots, this shoot happened T__T

Regardless, the loot is still appalling, and has been for as long as I can remember. As I have said again and again, I know that it's not news to TH9 owners that we can't farm very well, we've always been rather handicapped when it comes to stealing resources. However, and this is the part that anyone without a TH9 doesn't understand, after the last update, we simply cannot find people to raid. Forget all the statistics, and penalty percentages, and patch notes for a second. The only people we find are the level 6-7 players who have empty storages, and the few times we find level 8 TH's, they have little to no loot in them either. I might see a level 9 TH once and a while, but, again, they are always invincible fortresses of death that can't ever be destroyed, let alone farmed. Let me say it again: we don't give a rat's ♥♥♥♥ about statistics, or any of that stuff, we just want people to raid that have more than 80,000 of any resource.

If you go for his collectors, that's easy 200k right there. You should get 2 storages if you attack from top right so 300k easily. You don't have to get all 400k.

I have a TH8, but I should see the same bases as you, and I spent all day yesterday raiding other TH8s around the 1600 trophy range. Where are you?

I watch many videos on YT from some of the members of this forum, new videos of course post-update. They have TH9 and most of them you can see when they look for bases too.
Many of my clan mates have a TH9 and no one ever said that they spent 100k just for searching and not finding decent base to attack.Nothing over 60k? You are doing something wrong.
Loot penalty for TH9 attacking TH8 is 10% not 20 not 25.So instead of getting max 200k per raid you will get 180k.
Anyone who starts thread like this should post picture of their base and trophy range before starting to complain.

Just looking at people who post videos, or people who talk about their loot in your clan, is in no way an indicator of how the overall amount of people raiding are fairing with their luck. Your clan mates might just be having very good luck, or might not be raiding as much as others do, or they might practice black magic. All I know is that I, and everyone else who has posted about it, which I have seen to be many, many people, are having a lot of problems finding matches after the recent update. Take into account all of the people who don't post about their problems on the internet, and you have a lot of people who aren't having a great time, just like I am not.

On Saturday, I spent the day testing it at around 2300 trophies, seeing if I could find any good matches. I couldn't find any at all. Slowly, I lowered my trophy count to around 300, looking for any matches, and still, none. I wasted about 600k that day, just testing out different trophy levels for matches, and I got no positive results at all.

I have no idea why it's happening, but it is. I counted how much I wasted on finding matches yesterday, hovering at about 1600 trophies, and that amount came up to be around 800k after only 9 raids. That's 88,000 coins to find one match, on average. To add insult to injury, the most I looted from one person was 140k gold, and that was one of the only matches in which I ended up breaking even. I started the day with 650k of gold, and ended it with 710k. Before the update, I never would have dreamt of this happening. It wasn't the usual post-update spending-rush either, it's never been this bad after an update before, and even when it has gotten bad, it's evened out pretty quickly. All I know is that this is unacceptable.

I am not enjoying the game post update.. They (Supercel) definately changed something. It's not much fun at this point. I used to be able to sit down and spend a day and get 3 or 4 mil gold and elixir out of it.. lately I get 700k.. So I don't know what to do at this point.. quit maybe.. I'm a TH9 Level 70+
