Just finished our first clan war so now we are 1-0/ you can be any lvl/ but need to be active and donate/ 300 donates for elder/ co is earned/ i am lvl 103/ and supply most troops. We are looking for recruits because i just cleaned out the people who did not attack or attacks were bad!
