Please can Super Cell remove all the flags? Or do something!

Why should all people loose their flag becuase a few people are annoyed about some threads on a website? If it bothers you that much, ignore the threads?

There is the argument of equality because many there are many who don't get their country's flag. Besides, flags don't serve any real purpose so it's not like it's vital to the game. In fact, they hurt players since it decreases tree spawning due to the way they spawn. Or maybe SC is keeping those useless things around so that people get less free gems and need to buy them

But it's still better for no one to have flags since there's no real benefit with them while they still cause supposedly cause lag

I don't have lag and I have an ipod 4 and ipad 2 ipod 4 ihas the same speed as my ipad 2

I didn't say that you or I have lag but the reason they don't want to add more flags (or at least that's what many people say) is because more flags = lag. That means less flag = less lag

Exactly, no one is forcing people to view flag request threads and the titles make them very obvious 99% of the time, it amazes me that people are offended by something that they went out of their way to view.

At one point I would have agreed. Then I saw the idea about having a few blank flags, and you could choose what flag from what nation went on it.
Maybe a few of them would be fine. As they could add the flags, but until the player picks them, they are not really in use

I agree that country flags should be removed. Replace flag with CoC themed flags. Non-National flags are probably okay to keep. As much as I'd miss flying 'mercuh stars on CoC, it would be for the best.

It'd be awesome if Super Cell held contests for new flag designs as well (of course, any submitted design would be redesigned by a Super Cell artist). It'd be a great community building competition.

And a template flag that toggles between options may be better or a clan flag even??
