Please can Super Cell remove all the flags? Or do something!

Firethief I agree with you about those people who keep asking about to keep thier flag on coc and i know about those flag lags but why would you want to remove all the flag some people who play this game are nastionalist and patriotrist you simply anger them by removing those flags.Why don't they just put in on ruled out the ?

So therefore it's wrong for those from omitted nations to be patriotic?If they can't be all-inclusive by including every flag from 146+ (i forget the current count) nations, then they're being exclusive and I for one despise elitism.

I'm an American living in the US, but that shouldn't preclude me from seeing the perspective of someone from the rather large minority without a flag to show their patriotism.

If they can't include every single world flag, then what's a valid argument for including any of them? One that doesn't sound like "Well, I'm from a 1st world nation, so nannynanny booboo, gimme my flag so I can feel special."

There are plenty of far more manageable alternatives to national flags, several of which have already been suggested in this thread.

But seriously people pulling the race or discrimination card are really annoying.

In this videos first clip, https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=DLjTr4CmF2s, is a map, located in SC's HQ, Helsinki, showing the regions where clash is most downloaded. I would think that these areas are those most represented by the flags currently in game. With my above quote from Twister, it only makes sence that SC be practical in their decisions for adding new flags. Therefore, elitism, discrimination or racism are, in no way, deciding factors in this matter.

It really doesn't matter if a flag isn't on there. Because what actually matters is the base. Unless of course, a person is insanely patriotic about his country. No offence intended. But yeah, Supercell could add all the flags of the 196 countries, if you really think that's viable.

I think you've misunderstood the reasoning behind this thread. A lot of players want flags removed because we constantly get requests for flags on IFR even though its been stated before that Super Cell won't be adding anymore flags because of lag.

We keep getting people saying 'its discrimination' or 'you're being racist'.

Either the flags need to be removed, or all of them need to be added. Its driving me up the wall with people playing the racist card.

I personally want them removed because I don't believe my weary iPad 2 or iPhone 4 can cope with having to download more items- thus creating lag.

I think the main problem with removing the flags is that people might have paid real money for them (gold can be purchased with gems which can be purchased through in-app purchases in App Store) so taking them away from people is a delicate matter.

A lot of people, myself included, would get rather upset if they paid real world money for something in a game and then the company would come along and take it away from them just to reduce the number of feature requests involving that feature.

How in the world does a static image create lag?

Flags are not just static images, they are all animated in a fancy fashion and if you have a few dozen of these puppies in your base it will inevitably slow down things and may indeed create lag!

Why should all people loose their flag becuase a few people are annoyed about some threads on a website? If it bothers you that much, ignore the threads?
