Sister and Feeder clans, MUST READ!!

I am in a clan with 2 sister clans.

I am going to talk about a few things, sorted by topic if you want to skip around my post, ill try to keep it on the short side.
1. A lost Clan
2. finding a war to "Ally" sister and feeder clans.
3. sub ideas once clans have been "allied"
-feel free to skip the first one, just providing personal background.

1.a lost clan
so we had 3 clans going, and decided we should make a 4th clan, to be a Feeder clan. so we sent off a few of our top players from each clan (a co-leader each) to form a new Feeder clan. a few people went to help them out. and soon enough they were a nice clan with around 25 people. After about 2-3 months it was time to start "graduating" people from the feeder clan..... the problem was.. those people didn't want to graduate. they liked the leaders we had sent over, they liked being friends, they didn't want to change..

then... one day , they vanished.. we couldn't find them... we lost some valuable members(that we had been in the clans for a year ish) all lvl 80+ along with the people they trained (about 20 members lvl 45-65).

we figured they changed the name of the their clan( or someone went nuts and booted them all.... probably the first)they left they family of our multi clan system


2. Formally making clans "allied"/"sister clans"
people want a way to "ally". If you read above you see the loss we had.. we lost one fourth of our clan family!!! having a formal way to "ally" other clans would open doors for multi clan systems.

--currently we have the Original clan, a farming/vacation clan, and a war clan.

3.Sub Ideas
a.Ally chat
like clan chat but open to all members of the "allied clans" (no you cant donate here) This would make people graduating from Feeder clans feel like family moving into their new clans. with allied chat we wouldn't have lost an entire clan. people would know the names of members of other clans and be friends.
ii. leader/co-leader allied chat
I know people already talk about making a leadership chat bar. And YES!! it needs to be in normal clans first! but the benefits of it in a multi clan system (and especially a Feeder system) are even greater. this way figuring our what clan wants to be a farming clan, what clan wants to be a war clan is made easier.

b. allied scrimmage
Have a war against your sister clan! why not! This would be fun! a friendly match for bragging rights! I was once on a soccer team that grew large enough to split and make sister teams, twice a month we would scrimmage!! it was the best! having a clan war against a people you know (and yourself as people in my clans separate their two accounts) would be fun!!

c. hoping clans
when viewing an allied clan there could be a "hop" option to be able to jump between clans. clans could edit making them open or closed (much like invite only) so players can easily jump clans. also leaders could move/bump new recruits to the feeder clan. with out the awkward hassle of telling people they are weak.... it is a bit awkward... instead they are just bumped.
