A very important aspect of the game is the chat system. This chat system, however, has some issues which i will discuss about and provide some ideas (they might already be made "tonnes of people").
Okay so first of all, the global chat becomes useless most of the time for people who cant understand the different languages. A solution for this could be to make the Global chat "only English", with no other language allowed and a new chat tab called "Local", in which people can freely speak their own language with people having the same or similar language (e.g Urdu,Hindi or similar languages grouped together...Arabic countries grouped together and so on). This way people will always have an option to connect globally and locally instead of waiting for someone who's words you can understand. Trust me, there are a lot of people who get angry at not understanding a single thing in the global chat. Secondly, a Private chat which could prove very useful (e.g 'Leader,co-leader discussion or friendly chat, or to ask detail from a person whether he/she fits the requirement of a specific clan. Also, there should be a mute,report option to avoid spamming or offensive behavior within the private chat. A Do-Not-Disturb button so no one can contact you for a certain time . Thirdly, the option of a Clan Leader to remove the chat of other clan-mates for the sole purpose of getting rid of abusive chat which is written mostly by HOPPERS when they try to mess with other people's clans. Yes, you can kick those people but that spammed abusive chat doesn't go away!
