nice idea, but should have kind of a timeout feature - this way people would request OP troops and request would just go unanswered if no one responds. we're a very active clan and respect the request! however we have a policy if a request is sitting there for more than an hour then anything goes (usually archers).

also, would be amazing if your solution could account for locking in the level of troops you can donate too - cuz if i request L5 wizards and receive L2 instead, thats also cause of grief - especially when you have a specific attack in mind.

The inherent nature of a free donation is that beggars cants be choosers. Its a charity, not a job, to donate troops.

I don't know about this.. If you don't want troops below level 5 for example and you're a th10, I think you should go to a more equal clan. The fact that you can select to get only a pekka with this will be adversely to the lower level players already because they may not have that level barracks.
But if you choose to stay in a clan with much difference between players (like a clan with all your friends) you just have to go with what level troops you get, because you're playing the game for fun with your friends. It's not like you're pushing to champions.
I also mentioned that you can say what level troops you want in the text bar.

Thats why you don't have to select specific troops.
