Hey ace! Your clan sounds exactly like what we are trying to do with the new clan we just made. We broke away from a lvl 7 clan because we wanted to create a smaller, more coordinated clan. One day we aspire to be like you! So...I just had a few questions: In the beginning, did you take everyone? Where did you find new people? Did you just post recruitment ads like this one?

hi texas, the first clan i was in had a terrible leader. inactive, wouldn't use attacks in war, etc. we were a .500 clan, so a few of us broke away after about 25 or 30 wins.

we had enough people to fight 10-10 for a long time. and slowly grew to where we are now. we are REALLY picky and have no desire to grow beyond a 25-25 war.

we recruit strictly from this forum. we use a password. you will be shocked at how many people cannot follow a simple instruction. which weeds out the ones who are just going to fail out later. i'd say 1 in 10 requests to join use the password. and of them, we let in 1 out of 2. then interview them. lots of kids pretending to be adults, etc.

recruiting sucks. period. end of story. good luck.

How do you know you are in a bad clan?

• Does your war log have a lot of red on it?
• Do you wait and wait and wait for your troop request to fill?
• Does your clan's "leadership" lack vision to plan a clan strategy based on the opponent's strengths and weaknesses?
• Do you feel like you are the only one who gives a **** about closing out enemy bases?

Those are but a few of the things that would tell me it's time to get the heck outta my clan.

Well, we won. 22-9

Great effort from the clan.

The next matchup is set. We're fighting a Lebanese Clan. We are +6.5lvls, so this should be a blowout. They do have three TH10's versus our single, but the numbers don't lie.
