Like a dark barrack but the opposite. Of course you would need a new kind of storage maybe unlockable at TH9. But the there would also have to be something like 10-25 extra walls. You could also make it so that they are trained by gold or a new resource just obtainable by a loot bonus for crystal+. It would also help reduce farming a bit. You could start with 3 troops then slowly build off like the dark barracks.
