When attacking you can get dumb troop's that don't realize a wall was taken down or they are trying to break down a wall to get to a building that is already destroyed. So...
When you click on the screen in an un-deploy able area all troops within a 3 tile radius will re asses what they are attacking( similar to what a mortar shot does )
