Stop Clan Wars ♥♥♥♥♥

There is a sneaky tactic I have seen people use where they search for the clan they are at war against (on preparation day) and join them. Once they are in they donate low level troops into the clan castles so no-one else can donate high level troops. I'm not sure how it would work but there should be something in place to stop you leaving a clan and joining the clan you are at war with

This is a non issue for so many reasons:

You can remove troops from your war castle on prep day. Any clan members that are remotely active will log in during the 24 Hours

As clan leaders, consider closing the clan during war time to not let this kind of tom foolery affect you.

But most clans will have at least a few members who aren't always active. And yes you could close the clan during war but why should you have to. There should be mechanisms in place to prevent ♥♥♥♥♥ing anyway

There are. It's called having your clan be invited only, and checking to see if members who request to join are from the opposing clan. Your solution seems to be to disable your own clan's chat during war? That would hurt you more than it would help prevent spies, and it wouldn't really solve the issue, since they could still join and look at your war bases to cc the cc troops and traps.

A better solution to prevent spying is not allowing spectators to see trap locations. Any new members asking where traps are would immediately flag suspicion

Also you can't donate to war bases if you aren't in the war.

I know they need to add te ability to close a clan so no one can join during a clan war or make invite or only so you cancheck who may be spying.

Yes!!! Great solution.

Another way I thought of is that in clan war you should be able to choose what troops you need so trolls cant give you goblins. (And maybe be able to decide lvl)
