Worst idea ever... you ruined the point of raiding. Also th10 with maxed troops havr to drop down to gold 3 to find loot and the guys in the middle are suffering... bad...
If the economy isn't fixed... I'm done... I don't want to wait for 2 hrs for troops to build to lose more gold then I'll make in a raid...

I like elixir into walls. I am TH9 so have not the problems the TH10 have.
Makes easier to do walls. Since update done 3 Lv 10 and 5 Lv 9, with elixer.

Be patient! Loot is always scarce just after an update. It'll come back. Personally, now that most of my favoured troops are maxed, I'm glad I've got something to spend elixir on until my next push.Originally Posted by VHTC
The only way it will go up is by driving more people away making more stagnant bases... I know at this point a broken economy means low profit returns, making the game less exciting.... The game takes long enough to come together to get to enjoyable lvl unless you spend $150 on gems.
You also got to think about the entire community that play the game and new comers.... If the only people happy are the guys with max troops and max bases... what about all the other people that don't and can't get any gold or elixer... level 50 would have to try attacking only lower lvl who are already spending it on raids and walls... I can go on and on why this is a bad idea...

This is SOOOOO true. I am now taking a sort of break from attacking for another couple days. Meaning I may attack once or twice a day, as opposed to 10+. Mainly just logging in to get the paltry loot (god I miss the 1 gem boosts!).
It has become clear to me that the first 5ish days after an update are a good time to take a break from CoC. The loot completely dries up and then slowly comes back.

THIS. I want to do 10+ a day... mark a million gold or elixer and up my Def. . save in between upgrades and fix walls... game was fluent before... now it's broken... I rather just not attack and let my pumps go... with a shield for 16 hrs I make 15,000 and hr. .. or raid make 3k and then get off and lose 150k to 250k g and e. .. because I have no shield... makes no sense to attack... sorry I don't want to sit around and watch my builder hammer away and pumps pump... I miswell start watching the paint on the wall dry... Or find a new game...

Especially if the updates contain things like upgrading the walls with elixir, new troops, or new defense upgrade, peoples are all crazy about those

I'm trying to get lvl 5 wiz but can't raid.... I'll lose my shield... now all the maxed troop guys raid me and I lose 150k to 250k... Now with th 8 mad pumps and a 16 hour shield the most you can pump is around 280k... Sorry I don't want to wait 16hrs to make 30k... Can't pull more then 1000 or 2000 now at gold 3...
Sorry... Economy is shot and don't see it coming back in 5 days. Maybe 1month if the game is lucky... Sorry there is more neg then positives about this part of the patch....
