DE in Town Hall

Hi i was just wondering why in the Town Hall you can store gold and elixer, but not any DE?
I think it should be added for those farmers out there trying to lvl up their bk. I think an apropiate fit is 10 DE, seeing as how dark elixr is harder to get than gold and elixer

The only reason the TH has gold & elixir is so you can actually store/buy stuff at the very beginning of the game, where storage size is still down around 2.5k--By the time you unlock DE, you already have large storages
