This is a very original idea and i think it is not dumb like so many other troops (Basically Not Creative Ideas), i think instead of setting the defense to a certain attack speed it should be by percentage and time and hitpoints of the phoenix, like as the level of the ice phoenix goes up, the percentage of attack speed reduce would increase as with the time and the hit points should also go up

That's a brand new idea and i like it but 150 de, 20 pop for something that almost got 1 shotted by a maxed AD should be buffed. Not to mention that it is circling, therefore it won't last long without lava hound.

Nerfed Most stats, and buffed train time and Housing. should compensate for mass use of the Ice Phoenix as well as more stopping power for defenses.

I read the “Ruled Out” List. The only thing that it violates is that the troop is called a “Phoenix,” in which “phoenix” has been ruled out.

So I came up with several names for this troop that hopefully doesn’t violate anything.

I really like this idea but what happens after it is done phasing into a defense does it move on to another one or stay there until either the structure of itself is taken down?
