Here is an idea that I've been thinking of for a new spell. What do you all think?

Name of spell- Rubber Spell
cost- 30,000 elixir
Target- shooter
Effect type- ?
Damage type/amount- single damage/ same as shooter
Training time- 1 hour
Description- when in the spell area any weapon fired at you bounces off you back at the shooter.
Research spell level- ?
Lab level- 6
