Rush To Th 7 or max all Th's

So as the title states I'd like some opinions all welcome.

It isn't as harsh to rush to TH7, but when you get to TH7, DO MAX it! TH8 and above are much harder to recover from if not maxed!

I agree, I rushed to TH7 very quickly- mostly just focus on trying to upgrade some major troops (barbs/archers) before going up and possibly some splash, but all my defences were massively underlevelled at TH7. The boost in firepower is more than worth it though, and I maxed everything before going to TH8 fairly easily.
