What should I work on before going th10? (almost maxed)

So I am pretty much maxed out for th9 I just need to finish heroes and walls and my teslas can you guys suggest if I should go th10 soon or wait till its fully maxed? Pics of base will be below! Any tips, advice and criticism is helpf6l

Yes oh yes I certainly will xD I've just been dumping elixer on army's and stuff...etc. I will upgrade while th is upgrading or maybe before.

Finish your teslas, do at least all walls to level 8, and upgrade heroes a bit more.

Fully max :-). 135 walls left until i see a fully glowing th9, I think it's worth it.

pekka lightning heal and jump

pekka will be used alot, ALOT, im actually surprised u didnt get it to lvl 3

lightning will help taking out cc troops when u get to th 10, or even now cus it deals qutie a bit more damage after u upgrade it

jump spells i think will be used qutie a bit at th 10, though im not sure

heal spells will be good for farming, cus using giant-wizards with heal spells is strong at th 9 against th 8's and other 9's, cus lvl 6 giants are like 192045172095713092 times stronger then lvl 5

No offense but here is over a billion gold required for you to be maxed so I would say you are nowhere near maxed, if you want to spend the next 7-8 months farming walls stay at th9 if that doesn't interest you just go to th10. I would make sure to get the teslas done at least, when maxed they are one of th9's strongest defences.
