    Giving the next fee is ruled out.

    I don't agree with defense bonuses either. Loot should come from active things not passive things.

    I have added some numbers to the original post per the requests in this thread.

    As for those opposed for a defensive win getting loot... defense is supposed to be a major part of the game. Look no farther than the achievement for having a certain number of defensive wins to get gems. I would love to see some stats on this but most players I have looked at do not come close to getting that one.

    So it appears to me that defense was supposed to be a very important aspect of this game. But defenders have the world stacked against them.... they take on all the risk. Expensive traps to reset, losing resources, and losing trophys with nothing to gain expect gaining a few trophys.

    With the economy in a poor situation, it is no wonder many players forgo a few trophys for extra loot protection thus taking their bases out of the pool.

    Again I think if even a few of these were adopted it would have a positive and meaningful impact on the in game economy.

    The "Next" idea will become a problem. Everyone will want to accumulate loot from "Nexts" so people will stop putting their town halls outside. It will completely destroy farming and ruin the community.

    Thanks for this post. This is becoming a serious issue as the amount of loot available in raids is hardly worth the bother of going out to look for it. More loot needs to be pumped into the system. I like all of your ideas as a way of increasing loot. I would even add that they should add a new level 12 mine and collector.

    I am a newer TH9 and am currently hanging out in Gold II. I had heard how Crystal was awesome for loot but when I was in Crystal III and Crystal II - I found even less loot there. I spent 3 days there and did many searches and did not find a single base that paid for itself in either gold for the search or elixir for the troops. I went back to gold II where I can at least eventually find something around 200k each. Maybe I'll make another trip up to Crystal to see if it was just a bad week.

    But since yesterdays update - the loot in Gold II has disappeared as well. I am really starting to wonder why I am bothering playing this game. Its a massive time waster and the return value has dropped to near 0.

    forcing the issue

    perhaps another way to make sure people upgrade their mines, and making loot more available for us farmers, is to tie other building levels to them. i.e, before you can upgrade your stores to L6, you have to have all L6 mines for the gold or elixir. if you want L10 stores? you need L10 mines... want to upgrade your TH to L8? you need L11 mines, plus you need to have all the mines built... not just 1 or none.

    I'm wondering how making walls upgradable using e is affecting the game since I haven't played since the update.

    I'm a near max TH8, and I've never really had a problem getting loot. Not when I was in gold 3 at level 50+, and not since going up to crystal around level 65. Sometimes it isn't easy, but search enough and you find good bases to raid.


    I do agree however, not with a 15% increase necessarily, but I would like to see a collector/mine level 12.

    Another thing that would help would be to permanently cut the amount of gems required to boost the collectors/mines, as the normal price doesn't really make a boost worth it. I don't think this will affect supercell's bottom line, because although the boost would be cheaper, more people would take advantage of it. Make it 1 or 2 gems at level 5, and have it go up 1 gem each level. That or just make it 5 gems no matter what level it is.

    I definitely agree with the bumping up of loot awarded for winning battles, as I think it would encourage more players to play at higher levels, which I think is a bit of a problem right now.

    Additionally, similar to the loot penalty, I think the there should be a loot bonus for attacking town halls above your own. Either that or the amount of loot available from the storages should be based on the attacker's town hall, not the defender's. Since lower level players won't be able to get to as many storages as higher level players, this will allow lower level players to get a greater amount of loot from a higher level base than they currently can.

    I disagree

    I am a farmer...I have never run into a "loot crisis", although I don't know if I have ever had a crisis in my entire life. You get a pretty hefty gem bonus for getting to 250 defenses...not to mention your loot doesn't get taken when you successfully defend. I find it odd to think you would get a bonus for defending...if I try to rob you on the street and the cops come and take me to jail, when I pay the fines, they would not go to you. If I rob your house and you catch me, I'm not gonna say you got me...here's $50. The Nexting cost shouldn't go to the player getting nexted either...what did that guy do, besides spend all his loot before he logged off....he shouldn't get a bonus for that. That cost is to balance the loot you recieve from a raid. If I spend 50k gold looking for a base to raid and find one thats 150/150, that makes it more fair so that I'm less profitable, but the people I nexted did nothing to help that along. As for gems for upgrading collectors....you get a bonus for upgrading collectors....your get more loot... A good tactic is people who don't upgrade thier collectors, shouldn't be excepted into your clan, because they probably don't know how to play anyway. I aldo don't think the collectors should generate more loot. The game is called Clash fo Clans....it's all about raiding. If you don't fight, you don't eat. If you want to generate upgrades from farming alone download farmville or something, this game should favor people who raid profitably. FYI I have four builders who stay busy...most of the time I am waiting for one to become avaliable so I can spend my loot. Perhaps you guys need to reexamine your raiding strategy, you should not be raiding with the same troops you war with, unless you are pushing to the higher leagues. Which thier is really no point of doing until you get to at least TH9.

    So you disagree with just loot for defense or any tweaks to the loot system at all?

    Perhaps dont look at it as a defensive bonus but rather a win bonus. Whoever wins gets it.
