Recruiting lowish level (TH5-7?) adults to form a small war group

We are a couple of friends looking to recruit no more than 10-15 active players for semi-regular wars. (We are ideally not looking at growing much bigger than that as things tend to become more impersonal with more people.)

There are no hard prerequesites to joining other than being a friendly adult with a firm grasp of English. There is no age at which we think "adult" begins, but if you find yourself wanting to ask "is __ too young?" then you're probably too young. It would be nice if you were UK-based for timezone reasons but no problem if not.

This is ultimately intended to be a clan in which people can have fun and learn the ropes in the game. Patience, being receptive to constructive feedback, and a willingness to help others would be appreciated. Donations are not really a huge issue when it comes to wars as they tend to be filled by the highest level players, but it would be nice if you could help out your fellow clanmates if they need it for general defence and raiding. Try to keep troop requests reasonable.

Once we get to 10 members we'll probably be warring twice a week on average.

That's it. Clan name is bioshocolate so come pay us a visit if you like. No hard feelings if you don't feel like staying - we understand it can sometimes take a while to find somewhere you feel like you fit. The clan is currently invite-only to stop people hopping in and out indiscriminately but join requests should be seen quickly.

I can't speak for the clan's stability as we're too new to have had any kind of turnover at this point, but if you search for the clan you can see who's in at the moment. There's only a few of us so far, so if you're looking to jump straight into a war that probably wont happen for a while until we get to the minimum of ten.

In terms of relatability, my friend and I are professionals in our thirties so certainly not school kids any more.
