Lava hounds aren't worth it atm. BUT LVL 6 ARCHERS FOR 6 MIL.. TYSM!
First raid and loot doesn't quite suck yet. Wow. But I think it's pretty cool, I don't have witches yet though

The 6m lvl6 archer is fantastic! Cant ask for more! it is worth for me not to upgrade me archer to lvl6 b4
+1 one of the best update so far for me.
Immediate feedback:
Dump 4M gold and 5M elixir into Lego walls. My elixir was maxed 8M around 2 hours before the update started just now. 1x builder free about 1 hour ago (during update).
Heroes regen time reduce from 1h36m to 48m (from 4 to 2 minutes per level)
Replay - pause and troops. Nice touch.
