me again. Can anyone help?
I started the boosts because I wanted to level up my Townhall and that last one was all I needed. Now I don't have the Gold and lose more and more everytime somebody attacks. Please reinstall my boosts, I spend gems on them, or at least give me my gems back. Thanks.

there is a problem that iranian people like me are facing right now, the issue is that our ISPs has F.i.l.t.e.r.e.d our connections toward the 'downloading content' servers , it means that when we pass the first section after update -that it needs to download content- ; the game will work perfectly but nobody can pass that section from iran . we even have used OpenV.P.N and Hots.p.o.s.h.i.e.l.d to gain another non-iranian IP and pass that little part but nothing works; not for me or any of my 15 clash player friends .its a long shot but if you can just change those servers(i'm not realy familiar with how things works there) or whatever that may cause that, it will be realy appreciated from iranian people cause i know every guy in iran is facing this problem and i've seen alot of discussions about that in iranian forums .any other response from members about this particular issue would be appreciated. thanx.

Hi I need help really badly I had to wipe my ipad1 on iOS 5.11 yesterday and then redowned clash it loads the app fine but says I now need to be on ios7 to login from game centre now. Why is this when the app loads fine and could start again? I'm level 78 and th8 so I won't be spending money on a new account.is there a way around this? Plz I need advice

It isn't that problem for me. I've wiped my pad many times but only now does it ask for ios7 to login to game centre

• Downloading Content/Restart Loop: Please try force quitting the app and restarting the game. Switching from wifi to data and vice versa may also help. Please let us know if that does not solve your issue.
• Elixir or Gold option for multi-wall upgrade not showing up - check your storage capacity. It's likely that you do not have enough storage capacity for the upgrade in that particular resources.
• Using any punctuation results in failed Clan Search result
• Clan Chat notification craziness -> FIXED: YOU NEED TO RECEIVE A NEW MESSAGE FIRST AND THE OLD 99/100 NOTIFICATIONS WILL DISAPPEAR

If you are stuck in downloading content or restart loop here are a few things you can try:

1. Force Quit your app
2. Switch to a WiFi connection (if you are on data) or to data if you are on WiFi
3. Try a DIFFERENT WiFi connection
4. Clear some space on your device (If your memory is close to full)
5. If none of that works, wait a bit. This problem usually resolves itself in a couple of hours

I have tried to follow ALL: quiting, change connection, and wait for nearly 36 hours.
the result is the same. I use Ipad version 6.

Next time if you know this will occure, please remind us before we click the update.
remind us that this update will jeoperdize the sistem.
Now i have lost a lot. Not only money, gems but also friends and funs

One more thing. Please understand that this is not th only one that only happen to me. Lots of players have got this problems and only some make a report like this. Lots of players will forget and wipe this game.

Will you responsible for that? Of course you wont because you are only the staff or admin.
