Changes to personal train

Woke this morning to my PT train ready to go.. Have they fixed the glitch, or is it an on/ off problem?

I'm wondering if this glitch may be connected to a neighbor picking up townies. This evening my neighbor picked up from my town, I was in the farm and shortly after went to the town. Since I had now been in the town for quite a whole, the PT should have been ready to run. However, as I was tapping away in her icons, thinking i would then pick up from same neighbor, I noticed that the PT was charging. And actually still needed almost the full time.

I sure hope it gets fixed.

Yep you're right ..logged on this afternoon , and train was in down time still

I too have noticed this bug from time to time since the last update. Last night i had my train pick up visitors just before going to sleeep, and when i woke up the timer had only moved 15 minutes or so. (from 1.30 to 1.15)

To players experiencing this issue could you please send me or another mod a private message including your player ID ?

We can then pass them on to be investigated. Please note do not post them on this thread but send them in a PM.

How to get your player ID ?

Tap the settings cog top left of the screen in Hay Day
Tap help and support
Tap report and issue
Tap report problem.

This will now generate and email. In the part which says do not delete it lists your player ID.

You won't have to send out the email as that won't reach us so PM us the ID.

I'm so sorry but my train hasn't been fixed.
I know you did maintenance but it hasn't helped. The problem is still there

And i DID reboot my ipad.

while the personal train worked for me before your maintenance today, it now has the mentioned glitch.
so this still seems to be an issue.

Last night my train was ready to be used i looked at a few neighbours and they didnt have anyone i wanted to pick up so i waited and didnt use the train. I went back about an hour later to check for new visitors waiting but the clock had reset back to 6 hours.

I thought this was odd and put it down to a random bug.

This morning my train was ready to go again, I again visited a couple neighbours to see who needs picking up but again there was no one worth picking up as i need 5 people to fill my personal train so im a bit picky. This time I only went and made a coffee and walked the dog, came back to try again and the clock had reset to 37mins until train would be ready.

Ive never had this error before since i unlocked the train but this started after the patch i think.

When i first come onto game in morning my personal train still has hours left before I can pick any passengers up, this has only been happening since update!
