I've a problem in a game and tried to write to Support System.
But they're ignoring me ! I'm waiting for their answer more than 3 days !
What should I do ?
Youre doing it! Keep bringing this ONGOING customer service failure to the COC community. The support team needs to be upgraded big time. I vote for the next update to be in the SC support department as they have huge opportunity for improvements.
I think it depends on what it is. I sent i. 3 tickets reporting someone for innapropriate ehaviot and got help in 3-4 days. And one reporting ghosting and it took 3-4 weeks. All automated replies but the reporting of innapropropriate behavior was handled
It's about disconnectin between my village and Google+ acc. I made a topic before in the forum, but didn't get a help, then I tried to get help from Support, but they are ignoring me neither
I don't wanna to stop play CoC but if there is a risk about losing village indeed, so I think there is no choice for me to continue the game ... what gonna upset me
