Elder can be earned threw 250+ donations and Co-Leader is obviously earned threw loyalty and donations.

Lvl 5 Archers, Barbs and Giants are donated by me and every now and then lvl 3 Dragons. You don't need high level troops to join. We can provide while you thrive.
