He is "born" with his ability: DISMOUNT, where he jumps from the balloon and starts towards the nearest Resource. (If the Balloon is shot down before you DISMOUNT, the Goblin Prince loses 1/2 of his HP in the crash!)
Functions as a way to loot at high levels as well as a meat shield for your flying troops!
