It's been a while since I've had to recruit, and I've forgotten how annoying it is for me, and the people in global. So here I am, making a new thread on the forums, to make both of our lives easier...But first, I'd like to bore you with a little history lesson:
Pandora Elite was started roughly 3 months ago, because I was tired of clans that were inactive, mean, didn't donate/request, sucked at wars, or were just plain awful. So me and about 4 friends started recruiting. We went through cycles of good and bad, found some awesome people, and lost some awesome people. Today, I reach out to you because we're at one of those stages of losing several awesome people.
Why we're super amazing and you should join us:
- Back to Back wars
- Mostly TH7 and up, with some TH8's and 9's mixed in. So if your a growing TH7 or 8, we're perfect for you.
- Already well established core user base, we have around 15 people that are very active, and willing to help or just chill in the chat.
- Great donations (most of our members donate 1000+ per season, and at our peak, we had some members donating over 2,500 troops). Default is lv4&5 archers, with wizards and dragons being common when wars are going on.

What were looking for:
TH7+ and lv45+ that:
- are active (most of us are on daily)
- use both clan war attacks, preferably can get 3+ stars, but this is not required. All I ask is that you try your best, you will not get kicked for getting 0 stars
- donate 400/season or more (sharing is caring!)
- are nice and respectful. We have had to kick some members because they caused too much drama. We get bullied enough at school and work, so we want a nice environment when we get home and chill on Clash.
- that's about it. I try and be lenient, so usually it comes down to the co leaders kicking. I trust my co leaders completely and their judgement, so be wary of that. While we're talking about co-leaders....:
Promotions
I find it hard to handle promotions, since I find a lot of people asking "how do I get elder?", or "how do I get co?", and I really don't have the answer to that. While our rules website lists 400/season for elder and 800/season for co, It really comes down to judgment. I will give people elder when I feel they are good and ready. The same goes for co. I seem to find a lot of awesome people that I want to give co, but not everyone can have it, so we usually just keep a lot of co leaders, sometimes 10-15. I realize that many people would argue this is bad clan management, but if they are worthy, I don't think they should be held back. We have many people from all around the world and different time zones, so the more co leaders we have, the better the odds that one will be on to solve a dispute should one arise.
Other Things
Please note that we are rebuilding this clan. We are currently in a period of losing wars, and it needs to stop. We went undefeated for 2 months, and then things took a turn for the worse. So when you join, yes, it may not be very good. But it will get better. I know this clan like the back of my hand, and if theres anything I've learned in 3 months with some of these people, it's that we won't stop, won't give up, until we've won. It took 3 months to build this clan, but because of the actions of some members, it fell. I will happily bust my butt for another 3 months to rebuild this clan to the glory it once was, or die trying. In our greatest streak, we won over 20 wars in a row. Now, we're winning maybe 1/4 of the wars, and that is going to change. GO PANDORA ELITE!!!
